Born in Youngstown, OH,  Vito was a three sport athlete which led him to earn a football scholarship to play at Dartmouth College where he helped the Big Green win two Ivy-League Championships while earning two bachelor degrees. Post-graduation, he moved to Naples, FL where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Ave Maria School of Law.

While at Dartmouth and Ave Maria, Vito's passion for real estate investing led him to grow his real estate portfolio from under $5,000 to over $1,000,000 in less than 5 years through strategic investments, partnerships, and personal construction labor. Vito enjoys working on projects of all sizes and types.

Vito founded The Penza Law Firm and currently resides in Naples, FL. Attorney Penza enjoys working with local business owners across all industries and helping his clients get the results they want. Vito fights tirelessly to achieve justice, no matter how many cards are stacked against his client.

Attorney Penza is a member of Saint Agnes Catholic Church and serves as a volunteer at the Tamiami Angel Fund, among other community services. He enjoys golfing, riding ATVs, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
